Terms and conditions

General Sales Conditions of the services of Froogal Sàrl

1. General

These general conditions of sale with the GTC SendMeHome service, the deliveries and services carried out, as well as the content of the document, are evidence of the most recent versions. Customers of SendMeHome service are subject to these General Sales Conditions.

2. Sales agreement

The customer enters into a firm sales contract on the date of payment of the bill and service SendMeHome enters into force. The invoice is accompanied by GTCS (General Terms and Conditions of Sale) which we ask you to keep. The customer declares that he has read and understood these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and accepts them. Returns within 14 days of receipt. This period starts from the day your package was delivered.

3. Price

The prices of SendMeHome services are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT and duration of the service.

4. Services

a) Lost keys

Lost and found keys are returned to the owner by post, in the event that the keys are returned to the sender for the reasons, shipments not withdrawn or address non-existent, Froogal Sàrl reserves the right to invoice the costs of research in the amount of CHF 20.- and the delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

b) Unregistered keys

Return of found keys for which SendMeHome service is not in effect the customer will be notified by our staff to organize THE RETURN of his lost keys, Froogal Sàrl reserves the right to charge the costs of finding the 'an amount of CHF 20.-, the services of SendMeHome, plus postage.

5. Guarantee

Froogal Sàrl undertakes to provide the services, SendMeHome – 5-year Service, SendMeHome – 10-year Service and SendMeHome – 10-year Bundle Service. In the event that the customer has forgotten or lost his keys somewhere outside his home (restaurant, supermarket, shopping center or elsewhere), SendMeHome service returns his keys free of charge. If, during the service period, 5 years or 10 years services chosen by the customer, the customer loses a key several times, from the third loss, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Responsibilities

The customer undertakes to inform Froogal Sàrl of any changes to his addresses, domicile and e-mail, so that SendMeHome service functions correctly.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The legal relationship between Froogal Sàrl and customers is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Fribourg.
